Week 1

We start with building a strong mental foundation and establishing clear outcomes. Most inhibitions and interferences of our full potential are presented by our mind, so we address them first with NLP modalities, Morning Formula and other tools to reprogram and optimize your mind!

Week 2

Sleep & Energy Optimization

As a former insomniac, I know how crucial it is to have great quality sleep.  We will establish the best bedtime and morning practices and rituals for maximum energy. Additionally, we will address the daily inputs that are necessary to maintain high vitality and avoid energy dips.

Week 3

Nutrition Mastery

Nutrition is one of the pillars of high performance. Our energy, body composition, hormones and mental output are all dependent on proper nutrition. "Healthy" is subjective, so we will debunk the myths around nutrition and establish the fundamental principles and ways of eating that work across the board. We will also address how to mitigate the damage caused by sub-optimal choices, improve digestion and hack blood sugar crashes.
